Location & Directions
FROM Johannesburg, take the N12 east, in the direction of Nelspruit (which becomes the N4 at Middelburg). Turn right into Machadodorp and follow the signs to Badplaas. Approximately 12 kilometres along the Badplaas road, turn left to Slaaihoek. After 24 kilometres, turn left at the sign that reads CULLINAN and for a further 2km follow further CULLINAN signs until you reach the farm gate. Please remember to close this gate behind you. The cottage is approximately 1,5 km from the gate. A 4×4 is needed to get to the Cullinan Cottage
The road is tarred until the turn-off to the farm from the Slaaihoek road.

Hiking
Step off the front porch and take your pick of child-friendly scenic paths leading to the dams, forest and several waterfalls Cullinan Falls has to offer.
Fishing
Bring your fly fishing rod and enjoy the day fishing for trout in our two dams.
Picnic / Sun-downers
Have your pick top dam over looking the mountains or bottom dam looking up at the mountains.
Birding
Two Fish Eagles flying over the dams to Wood Peckers in the trees, there is much to discover of the bird life on Cullinan.
